Ryan Clemens

Ryan Clemens is the Chief Operating Officer at PALO IT since June 2022, leading an international consultancy focused on Human-Centered Design and Agile Software Development. Prior to this role, Ryan held several key positions at Allianz Technology, including GSI Assistance Lead, where oversight of global project delivery for the Assistance Edge department was provided, and Head of GBM Thailand, responsible for software implementation within the Bangkok center of excellence. Ryan's experience also includes a tenure as Senior Development Manager at Allianz, and as Scrum Master and Specialist Developer at Agoda, enhancing team performance and delivering major integration projects. Earlier, Ryan served as Chief Technical Officer at Sailing The Arctic Race, managing all technical operations, and held various roles at ExcelSystems Software Development ULC, including Product Lead and Consultant. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Victoria and an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
