Michael Flanders

Michael Flanders has extensive experience in e-learning, entrepreneurship, and the creative arts. As a Senior e-Learning Developer at Palomar Health since 2006, Michael assesses learning needs and collaborates with leaders and subject matter experts to create engaging online courses. Michael also owns 1954 Design Company, specializing in unique shift knobs for classic vehicles, and has been a professional musician for over four decades, performing as a saxophonist, vocalist, and Latin percussionist. Previous ventures include owning Fallbrook Web Design and Agape Family Directed Funerals, as well as serving as an Independent Office Owner and Marketing Director at Mortgage Partners. Earlier experience as a Multimedia Producer at The Dakota Group involved film and video production for various marketing and training purposes. Michael pursued education at Palomar Community College from 1979 to 1982.
