Aditya Tirta Kusuma is currently employed as a Mine Plan Expert at Pamapersada Nusantara since April 2023. Previously, Aditya worked as an Exploration Geologist at PADA IDI from May 2022 to October 2022, and as a Mine Engineer at Berau Coal from August 2021 to December 2021. Aditya also has experience as a Head of Innovation at SM-IAGI Institut Teknologi Bandung and has been involved in various roles within student organizations during their time at Institut Teknologi Bandung, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Geological Engineering.

PT Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PT United Tractors Tbk, a major distributor of Komatsu heavy equipment in Indonesia. PT Astra International Tbk, the major shareholder of PT United Tractors Tbk, is one of the largest and most respected companies in Indonesia. The embryo of PAMA has commenced since 1974 in form of rental division at PT United Tractors, which engaged in construction project, mining and oil project, land preparation and logging. In 1993 this division changed into an independent company named PT Pamapersada Nusantara. Currently PAMA actively manages numerous coal mines. PAMA has also own some subsidiaries, under the name of PT Kalimantan Prima Persada (KPP) and PT Prima Multi Mineral (PMM).
