Ahmad Rifqi B. is a Mine Plan Engineer at Pamapersada Nusantara since October 2022. Prior to this role, Ahmad held various leadership positions within Himpunan Mahasiswa Sipil UB from April 2019 to March 2022, including Head of Internal Department and Head of Family Division, where responsibilities included maintaining relationships among Civil Engineering students and managing departmental projects. Ahmad also served as Head of Evaluation Team PROBINMABA 2020 and as part of the Steering Committee for Civil Camp. Additional experience includes being Head of Public Relations Division for LKMM-TD 2019 and working as a Laboratory Assistant and Structural Analyst Assistant at Universitas Brawijaya. Ahmad interned as an Engineer at PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk. and holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Brawijaya.

PT Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PT United Tractors Tbk, a major distributor of Komatsu heavy equipment in Indonesia. PT Astra International Tbk, the major shareholder of PT United Tractors Tbk, is one of the largest and most respected companies in Indonesia. The embryo of PAMA has commenced since 1974 in form of rental division at PT United Tractors, which engaged in construction project, mining and oil project, land preparation and logging. In 1993 this division changed into an independent company named PT Pamapersada Nusantara. Currently PAMA actively manages numerous coal mines. PAMA has also own some subsidiaries, under the name of PT Kalimantan Prima Persada (KPP) and PT Prima Multi Mineral (PMM).
