Dinanti Ginanda Alfian is a Mine Plan Engineer and FGDP Engineering Group Leader at Pamapersada Nusantara since October 2022. Previously, Dinanti held the position of QA/QC Database Geologist at PT ANTAM Tbk from January 2021 to September 2022, where responsibilities included maintaining a geological database, producing monitoring reports, validating logging descriptions, and conducting QA/QC analyses. Dinanti's experience also includes an internship at PT ANTAM Tbk focused on geological mapping and data evaluation for a bachelor thesis on Laterite Nickel deposits, as well as an internship at Pusat Survei Geologi performing various geological analyses. Additionally, Dinanti has had roles as a Lecturer Assistant in petrology and optical mineralogy laboratories while also serving in student advocacy and field trip organization during university studies at UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta, culminating in a Bachelor’s degree in Geological and Earth Sciences.

PT Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PT United Tractors Tbk, a major distributor of Komatsu heavy equipment in Indonesia. PT Astra International Tbk, the major shareholder of PT United Tractors Tbk, is one of the largest and most respected companies in Indonesia. The embryo of PAMA has commenced since 1974 in form of rental division at PT United Tractors, which engaged in construction project, mining and oil project, land preparation and logging. In 1993 this division changed into an independent company named PT Pamapersada Nusantara. Currently PAMA actively manages numerous coal mines. PAMA has also own some subsidiaries, under the name of PT Kalimantan Prima Persada (KPP) and PT Prima Multi Mineral (PMM).
