Hendrawan Ari Sudrajat has a robust background in mining engineering, with significant experience at Pamapersada Nusantara since March 2018, where roles included Mine Plan Engineer for both long-term and short-term projects, Drill Blast Engineer, and participation in a fresh graduate development program. A brief tenure at PT Semen Indonesia in March 2017 involved an apprenticeship focused on data collection for a thesis on slope stability analysis in clay quarry mining. Earlier experience includes serving as a Laboratory Assistant at Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Yogyakarta from July 2015 to December 2016 and as an Apprentice at PT J Resources Nusantara, where tasks involved prospecting oversight and survey mapping. Hendrawan Ari Sudrajat holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Yogyakarta, earned between 2013 and 2017.

PT Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PT United Tractors Tbk, a major distributor of Komatsu heavy equipment in Indonesia. PT Astra International Tbk, the major shareholder of PT United Tractors Tbk, is one of the largest and most respected companies in Indonesia. The embryo of PAMA has commenced since 1974 in form of rental division at PT United Tractors, which engaged in construction project, mining and oil project, land preparation and logging. In 1993 this division changed into an independent company named PT Pamapersada Nusantara. Currently PAMA actively manages numerous coal mines. PAMA has also own some subsidiaries, under the name of PT Kalimantan Prima Persada (KPP) and PT Prima Multi Mineral (PMM).
