Ika Febriana Kuswardani is a Mine Plan Expert at Pamapersada Nusantara since August 2023, with previous experience as a Mine Plan Intern at Turangga Resources, where valuable skills in coal mining processes, daily production planning, and blasting geometry analysis were developed. Ika served as the Head of Academic and Professional for Himpunan Mahasiswa Tambang Universitas Jember, coordinating educational programs and professional development activities. Additional experience includes traineeships in occupational safety and slope stability analysis. Ika holds a Bachelor's degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the University of Jember and has participated in various academic projects and training programs.

PT Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PT United Tractors Tbk, a major distributor of Komatsu heavy equipment in Indonesia. PT Astra International Tbk, the major shareholder of PT United Tractors Tbk, is one of the largest and most respected companies in Indonesia. The embryo of PAMA has commenced since 1974 in form of rental division at PT United Tractors, which engaged in construction project, mining and oil project, land preparation and logging. In 1993 this division changed into an independent company named PT Pamapersada Nusantara. Currently PAMA actively manages numerous coal mines. PAMA has also own some subsidiaries, under the name of PT Kalimantan Prima Persada (KPP) and PT Prima Multi Mineral (PMM).
