Novita Yulia Lestari is currently working as FGDP-Operation Division at Pamapersada Nusantara since July 2023. Prior to this, Novita worked as a Logistic Supervisor at MPG from June 2022 to August 2023. Novita also has experience as a Research Assistant at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya, where Novita Yulia conducted research on reducing metal ion toxicity in implant use. With a Bachelor's degree in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering from ITS, Novita has a strong background in materials chemistry and mineral processing, as demonstrated during their internships and laboratory assistant roles. In addition, Novita has also been actively involved in student organizations, serving as Secretary of Public Policy at BEM ITS.

PT Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PT United Tractors Tbk, a major distributor of Komatsu heavy equipment in Indonesia. PT Astra International Tbk, the major shareholder of PT United Tractors Tbk, is one of the largest and most respected companies in Indonesia. The embryo of PAMA has commenced since 1974 in form of rental division at PT United Tractors, which engaged in construction project, mining and oil project, land preparation and logging. In 1993 this division changed into an independent company named PT Pamapersada Nusantara. Currently PAMA actively manages numerous coal mines. PAMA has also own some subsidiaries, under the name of PT Kalimantan Prima Persada (KPP) and PT Prima Multi Mineral (PMM).
