Raihan Fathoni is a Mine Plan Expert at Pamapersada Nusantara, having started in May 2023, and previously worked as a Jr. Geologist at PT Bahana Selaras Alam from February to April 2023. Raihan has a strong academic background from the University of Indonesia, where coordination and teaching roles included positions as Coordinator of Assistant Lecturers in Mineral Optics and Petrography, as well as Geological Mapping Methods. Additional teaching experience includes serving as an Assistant Lecturer in various geological subjects and a Laboratory Assistant in Petrology. Raihan obtained a Bachelor of Science in Geological and Earth Sciences from the University of Indonesia, completing this degree in 2022 after graduating from SMAN 2 Tangerang Selatan in 2017.

PT Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PT United Tractors Tbk, a major distributor of Komatsu heavy equipment in Indonesia. PT Astra International Tbk, the major shareholder of PT United Tractors Tbk, is one of the largest and most respected companies in Indonesia. The embryo of PAMA has commenced since 1974 in form of rental division at PT United Tractors, which engaged in construction project, mining and oil project, land preparation and logging. In 1993 this division changed into an independent company named PT Pamapersada Nusantara. Currently PAMA actively manages numerous coal mines. PAMA has also own some subsidiaries, under the name of PT Kalimantan Prima Persada (KPP) and PT Prima Multi Mineral (PMM).
