Ryan Adesta Yudhatama is an experienced Operation Research Engineer at Pamapersada Nusantara since May 2022, specializing in the analysis and optimization of mining operations to enhance efficiency and productivity. Previously, Ryan participated in a Fresh Graduate Development Program aimed at cultivating future company leaders. Prior roles include Coordinator Trainee Program - Marketing at PT Midi Utama Indonesia, Tbk, where oversight of strategy development and implementation occurred for organizational growth, and Assistant Coordinator at the Laboratory of Production System UNS, leading a team to manage laboratory activities. Additionally, as a Supply Chain Intern at PT. MAK Technologies, Ryan conducted studies to reduce procurement costs and improve operational processes. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Sebelas Maret and a High School Diploma from SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta.

PT Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PT United Tractors Tbk, a major distributor of Komatsu heavy equipment in Indonesia. PT Astra International Tbk, the major shareholder of PT United Tractors Tbk, is one of the largest and most respected companies in Indonesia. The embryo of PAMA has commenced since 1974 in form of rental division at PT United Tractors, which engaged in construction project, mining and oil project, land preparation and logging. In 1993 this division changed into an independent company named PT Pamapersada Nusantara. Currently PAMA actively manages numerous coal mines. PAMA has also own some subsidiaries, under the name of PT Kalimantan Prima Persada (KPP) and PT Prima Multi Mineral (PMM).
