Sahala Manullang is a Geotechnical Engineer with significant experience in the field of geological engineering. Currently employed at PT. PAMAPERSADA NUSANTARA since December 2017, Sahala has previously held positions as a Geotechnical & Geophysical Engineer at PT. Hydrocore and as a Geologist at KEHATI-Kelompok Studi Karst UGM. Earlier roles include research positions at the Study Center of Mineral Resources and Mineral Exploration Padjadjaran University, the Banten Government, and the Bandung Geological Museum, where data was collected and analyzed for various geopark projects. Sahala earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Geological Engineering from Universitas Padjadjaran in 2015.

PT Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PT United Tractors Tbk, a major distributor of Komatsu heavy equipment in Indonesia. PT Astra International Tbk, the major shareholder of PT United Tractors Tbk, is one of the largest and most respected companies in Indonesia. The embryo of PAMA has commenced since 1974 in form of rental division at PT United Tractors, which engaged in construction project, mining and oil project, land preparation and logging. In 1993 this division changed into an independent company named PT Pamapersada Nusantara. Currently PAMA actively manages numerous coal mines. PAMA has also own some subsidiaries, under the name of PT Kalimantan Prima Persada (KPP) and PT Prima Multi Mineral (PMM).
