Tedi Cahya Nusantara Herdianto is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Engineering Group Leader and Geotechnical Expert at Pamapersada Nusantara since November 2021. Tedi has a solid foundation in geology and geophysics, holding a bachelor's degree from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) and a master's degree in Geological Engineering from the same institution. Tedi's previous roles include an internship at the Direktorat Perencanaan Sumber Daya at ITB, as well as various leadership positions at the Himpunan Mahasiswa Teknik Geologi "GEA" and Paguyuban Banjar Ciamis Pangandaran. Tedi also gained practical experience through internships with PT. Aneka Tambang and laboratory assistant roles at ITB, demonstrating a strong commitment to the field of geotechnical engineering. Currently, Tedi is pursuing a further education degree (Insinyur - Ir) in Mining and Mineral Engineering at ITB, set to be completed in August 2024.

PT Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PT United Tractors Tbk, a major distributor of Komatsu heavy equipment in Indonesia. PT Astra International Tbk, the major shareholder of PT United Tractors Tbk, is one of the largest and most respected companies in Indonesia. The embryo of PAMA has commenced since 1974 in form of rental division at PT United Tractors, which engaged in construction project, mining and oil project, land preparation and logging. In 1993 this division changed into an independent company named PT Pamapersada Nusantara. Currently PAMA actively manages numerous coal mines. PAMA has also own some subsidiaries, under the name of PT Kalimantan Prima Persada (KPP) and PT Prima Multi Mineral (PMM).
