Whildan Rahmada Yusriawan is a Civil Engineering graduate from Universitas Negeri Malang, possessing a diverse range of experience in construction and design. Currently serving as the Production Group Leader in FGDP - Operation at Pamapersada Nusantara since November 2022, Whildan previously held the position of Civil Group Leader at PT Ricobana Abadi from October 2021 to November 2022. Earlier roles include Drafter at ARSTR.Design, Architectural Drafter for PT. Idec Abadi Wood Industries, and Civil Drafter for Dinas Tanaman Pangan Hortikultura dan Perkebunan, where Whildan contributed to the development of agricultural projects and quality control for PT PP (Persero) Tbk.

PT Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PT United Tractors Tbk, a major distributor of Komatsu heavy equipment in Indonesia. PT Astra International Tbk, the major shareholder of PT United Tractors Tbk, is one of the largest and most respected companies in Indonesia. The embryo of PAMA has commenced since 1974 in form of rental division at PT United Tractors, which engaged in construction project, mining and oil project, land preparation and logging. In 1993 this division changed into an independent company named PT Pamapersada Nusantara. Currently PAMA actively manages numerous coal mines. PAMA has also own some subsidiaries, under the name of PT Kalimantan Prima Persada (KPP) and PT Prima Multi Mineral (PMM).
