Anuradha Pradhan

Anuradha Pradhan is a proficient data professional with significant experience spanning various roles in data analysis and engineering. Currently serving as a Data Analyst/BI Developer at PamTen Inc since May 2025, Anuradha leads the migration from Tableau to Power BI while utilizing Figma for dashboard prototyping. Previously at Elevance Health as a Data Engineer, Anuradha built scalable PySpark ETL pipelines and automated data workflows with Apache Airflow. In the role of Senior Data Analyst at Anthem, Inc., Anuradha created and maintained SQL tables and scripts to support analytics needs. Anuradha's career began at Publicis Sapient, where compliance dashboards were developed using Power BI and Tableau. Anuradha holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications from Biju Patnaik University of Technology.
