Lucas Ayguavella

Lucas Ayguavella is a seasoned professional in process safety engineering with extensive experience in the Oil & Gas industry. Currently serving as a Sr. Process Safety Engineer at Pan American Energy since April 2022, Lucas oversees the implementation of Process Safety Management (PSM) elements in upstream operations, leading audits and conducting PHA studies. Prior to this role, experience includes positions as a Senior Process Safety Consultant at CETAP SA, specializing in risk analysis and barrier management, and as an Environmental Project Leader at IRAM, where responsibilities encompassed environmental management and ISO 14001 auditing. Lucas has also worked with prominent companies such as INVISTA, DuPont, and Visteon, focusing on process safety, environmental monitoring, and engineering projects.
