The Retail banking segment includes loans, overdrafts, credit card facilities, deposits, current accounts and other services offered to retail customers. The Treasury and investment functions segment includes trading function, financing and other central functions, use of derivative for risk management purpose, investment products and services to institutional investors and intermediaries. The Bank's personal banking offerings include savings and investments, fixed deposits, children's savings, credit cards and special accounts.
