Mr. Tsoi was appointed to the role of Managing Director, Middle East & Africa in January 2014. He oversees Hutchison Ports’ businesses in Pakistan, Oman, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Iraq and Tanzania.
Previously, Mr. Tsoi was Regional Director for Pakistan, Oman and Saudi Arabia from 2011, adding UAE and Tanzania to his responsibilities from 2012. He joined Hutchison Ports in 1998.
