Ines Gramegna

Ines Gramegna serves as the Chief Product Officer at Pando since July 2024, focusing on B2B product development and client rollouts. Prior to this role, Ines co-founded FirstGeneration and supported over 70 entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds, guiding them from ideation to Series A funding. Additional experience includes acting as Interim COO at Envoy America, where operational growth strategies were implemented, and serving as a Fractional VP of Strategy at Confiant Inc. Ines also co-founded and led Skylyte, a Techstars-backed initiative utilizing ML for team management. Previous positions include product management at McKinsey New Ventures and innovation leadership with Child and Youth Finance International. Ines holds an MBA/MA in Education from Stanford University and a B.Sc. in Economics and Government from LSE.
