Alex Kirk

Alex Kirk currently serves as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Pandora, responsible for leading a team focused on sourcing top talent across various global corporate functions including Retail, Digital & Technology, and Marketing. Prior to this role, Alex held multiple positions in recruitment, including Global Recruitment Manager for Marketing & Product at Pandora, and Senior Executive Recruiter for EMEA at Huawei Technologies, where responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment and collaboration with senior executives. Alex's earlier career includes roles at The JM Group, Nicholson Search and Selection Ltd, and Blue Arrow, where expertise encompassed business development and recruitment delivery across mid to senior-level positions in telecommunications and beyond. Alex holds a BA (HONS) in Modern Languages from Nottingham Trent University and a BND in Music Technology from Clarendon College.
