Douglas began a career in property as a Graduate Surveyor at Storeys Edward Symmons and has also worked in negotiation and sales at Mandale Group and Sherry FitzGerald Coghlan. Douglas holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Estate Management from Northumbria University and a B.Sc. Honours in Property Valuation & Management from Limerick Institute of Technology.
