Michelle Ruechai currently serves as the Global Brand Manager for Design Strategy within the lab-grown diamonds category at Pandora, focusing on global brand development and strategic communication plans. Prior to Pandora, Michelle held various roles at L'Oréal, including Senior Product Brand Manager for Armani Beauty in the Nordics, where successful product launches occurred despite challenging market conditions. Michelle also has extensive experience in marketing and PR across multiple brands, including Lancôme, Helena Rubinstein, and Urban Decay, and began a career in retail with roles at Gebr. Heinemann and Bilka. Educationally, Michelle holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Organizational Communication, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Intercultural Marketing Communication from Copenhagen Business School.
