Della Hatfield, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), currently serves as the HR Manager for Pandrol since May 2021, following previous roles as Human Resources Manager at XPO Logistics, Inc. and Human Resources Business Partner at Outokumpu. Della has extensive experience in human resources, including advising on employee relations, managing absence and timekeeping, and ensuring compliance in HR matters at various organizations such as Willerby Ltd and Humberside Aggregates Ltd. Della's educational background includes a CIPD Level 7 qualification in Human Resources Management from the University of Cumbria, along with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Hull.
