Justin Bagge has extensive experience in engineering and management within the rail industry. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering, Quality and Fastening Systems Product Line for APAC at PANDROL since November 2017, Justin also holds the position of General Manager for Rail Fastenings Australia. Previously, Justin spent over 14 years at Pandrol Australia in various roles, including General Manager, Technical Manager, Plant Engineer, Engineer Technical Services, and Graduate Trainee Engineer. Justin Bagge holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Engineering Management and Policy from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics from Western Sydney University.
