Prescilla Marchand is an experienced human resources professional with a comprehensive background in various HR roles. Currently serving as Responsable Ressources Humaines at Pandrol since May 2021, Prescilla has previously held positions including RRH Nord at NEUHAUSER and Directrice Ressources Humaines at Desvres Groupe Koracer. Expertise includes social and legal compliance, collective and individual relations, recruitment, project management in HR, and administrative personnel management. Prescilla also has extensive experience in negotiating collective agreements and maintaining relationships with social partners and regulatory bodies. With a certification in personnel management from FIDAL and a BTS in Assistant de gestion from Notre Dame de Grâce, Prescilla combines practical experience with formal education to effectively lead HR initiatives.
