Wayne Kelson is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in managing HR activities across various international manufacturing and corporate environments. Currently serving as GM HR- APAC at Pandrol since September 2021, Wayne leads HR initiatives across multiple countries including Thailand, India, and Australia. Prior to this role, Wayne co-founded ASX:Enverro Ltd, guiding the startup through a successful IPO and scaling operations globally. Previous experience includes positions as Regional Human Resources Manager at Barrick Gold Corporation, Human Resources Project Manager at Chevron for the Gorgon LNG Project, and consulting roles at Maaden. Educationally, Wayne holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management & Industrial Relations from Edith Cowan University.
