Rogelio (Roger) Rodriguez is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in electronics, controls, and software development for automotive systems. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Engineering at Panduit since September 2015, Roger previously held the position of Powertrain Controls EMS Manager at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles from November 2014 to September 2015. Prior to that, Roger worked as a Systems Engineering Consultant at Movement Search & Delivery and spent over two decades at Navistar Inc, where roles included Chief Engineer for PT Electronics, Controls, and Software, Chief Engineer for VBU Electronics, and various leadership positions in engine engineering. Roger holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
