Paul Gilfrin attended the Emanuel School from 1990 to 1997. Paul then went on to study at Teesside University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Forensic Science from 1997 to 2000. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Analytical Chemistry at Teesside University from 2001 to 2002.
