Andras Biro has over 20 years of work experience in the tech industry. From 1999-2001, they worked as a Software Engineer at evosoft. From 2001-2004, they worked as a Project Manager at Caramel Kft. and was involved in the development of web-based intranet applications. From 2004-2008, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at evosoft, developing and testing a medical software platform. From 2008-2013, they worked as a Project Manager and Agile Coach at POSSIBLE, managing the development of large-scale web applications and acting as an Agile/Scrum coach. From 2013-2016, they worked at Lightware Visual Engineering as a Process Engineer and Agile Coach, improving processes across the product design and development life cycle and introducing Agile practices in the software development processes. From 2016-2019, they worked as a Project Manager at Triquestra. From 2019-2021, they worked as a Delivery Manager and Product Manager at Roam Digital. Finally, from 2021-2022, they worked as a Technical Project Manager at Toptal, and also served as a Technical Project Manager Screener. Currently, they are a Technical Project Manager at Pano AI.

Andras Biro obtained a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca between 1993 and 1998. Andras also obtained a Teaching Degree in Pedagogy from the same university between 1994 and 1996. In 2021, they obtained the AWS Partner: Accreditation (Business) from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In 2019, they obtained the Scrum Master Accredited Certification\u2122 from the International Scrum Institute\u2122.
