Chad Welch is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in account management and consultative sales across various industries, including construction, adhesives, paint, and home improvement. Currently serving as a Territory Account Manager at Panolam Surface Systems since July 2015, Chad is responsible for guiding large commercial building projects from design to installation. Previous roles include Regional Sales Manager at Caesarstone US, where Chad directed sales for the Mountain Region, and various positions at Bron Tapes of Arizona and Dunn-Edwards Paints, showcasing a track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing significant territories. With a foundational education in History and Humanities from Arizona State University, Chad has developed strong relationships and delivered consistent sales growth throughout a diverse career.
