John Eberly is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in overseeing large-scale production facilities. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Panolam Surface Systems, John manages a workforce of over 300 employees and is responsible for the production of custom laminates and bowling lanes. Previous positions include Operations Manager at Viwinco, where John led the startup of a greenfield high-technology glass production facility, and at Serta Simmons Bedding, where John managed a high-volume production plant recognized with an annual performance excellence award. John also held roles as Director of Quality at Hoshizaki America and Director of Factory Engineering at HP, where responsibilities included managing engineering teams across multiple plants. John Eberly's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA in Operations Management from The University of Dallas.
