Nick Colonese has over 35 years of work experience in financial and consulting roles. Nick started their career at Ernst & Young LLP, where they served as a Principal and was responsible for planning and executing audits, as well as providing financial advisory services to manufacturing companies, insurance companies, and universities. Nick then joined Photronics, Inc. as VP, Controller, where they played a key role in financial reporting, cost reduction, and strategic initiatives. Nick also led the implementation of global SOX compliance and standardized accounting policies and procedures. In 2016, Nick started their own consulting firm, Colonese Financial Consulting, where they served as Principal. Currently, they are working as the CFO at Panolam Surface Systems, where they oversee financial reporting, accounting, and treasury functions.
