Erin Johnson

Erin Johnson is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and strategic program management, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Programs at Panopto since April 2024. Erin is also an active member of HIGHER Community, which focuses on enhancing the talent acquisition function, and a board member for the Austin Chapter of TALK, the largest society of Talent Acquisition professionals. Previous roles include Director of Talent Planning, Management, & Acquisition and Director of Global Talent Acquisition at ESO, along with various positions at Accruent, Texas Physical Therapy Specialists, and other organizations. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and is pursuing an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management at the University of Colorado Boulder.
