Joseph Rearden

Joseph Rearden currently serves as the Head of Legal at Panopto, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Joseph was the inaugural President of Core Education from July 2021 to June 2023, where efforts focused on revenue generation, legal matters, and operational strategy led to significant organizational growth. Joseph's extensive experience includes serving as the Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel at NJEDge.Net, where annual revenue increased from $5M to over $20M, as well as earlier roles in corporate law at firms such as Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP and Ropes & Gray. Joseph holds a J.D. from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law and has completed a course in Disruptive Strategy at Harvard Business School Online.
