Ross Winston

Ross Winston possesses extensive experience in operations and business development, currently serving as Vice President of Operations and Head of Business Development at Panoptyc from September 2023 to February 2024. Earlier, Ross held the position of Regional Vice President at Coast Funding and transitioned from Rapid Finance, where roles included Director of Sales, Business Advisor Team Captain, and Senior Business Advisor from March 2021 to March 2023. Additional experience includes a Student-Athlete Internship at Quicken Loans and extensive involvement at Duke University as Innovation Co-Lab Manager and Project Consultant, where initiatives included the launch of the Duke DesignHub pilot and maintenance of advanced 3D printing technologies. Ross earned an A.B. in Sociology and Markets and Management from Duke University and attended Woodberry Forest School prior to that.
