Lynne Nicholson has had an extensive career in project management. Lynne began in 2003 as an Operations Associate at Wellness International Ltd. In 2006, they moved on to become a Clinical Project Manager at UK Biobank. From 2008 to 2017, they held the role of Global Project Manager at Synexus Limited, where they were responsible for leading internal multidisciplinary teams and establishing and managing excellent Client relationships. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Senior Project Manager, Operational and Strategic Support at Synexus Clinical Research Ltd, where they had line management responsibility of a small team of Clinical Project Managers. In 2020, they became a Senior Project Manager at UBC, and in 2021 they took on the same role at Panthera Biopartners.

Lynne Nicholson attended Ellesmere College from 1997 to 1999, where they earned A Levels in Business Studies, Physical Education and Art. Lynne then went on to Leeds Beckett University from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science.
