Debbie Tate Johnson

Debbie Tate Johnson has over two decades of experience in corporate governance and legal administration. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Governance and Board Liaison at Papa John's International since June 2007, Debbie previously held the position of Chapter Administrator at the Association of Corporate Counsel from January 2015 to February 2024. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Corporate Governance at Churchill Downs Incorporated from February 2001 to June 2007 and working as a Corporate Paralegal at Vermont American Corporation from October 1992 to February 2001.
