Marat Glotser is an accomplished Senior Software Engineer, Tech Lead, and Architect currently employed at PAPAYA since March 2024. Prior experience includes significant roles as a Software Architect and Technical Lead at ChargeAfter, focusing on a multi-lender buy now pay later platform, as well as at otonomo, where Glotser led the transition to a microservices architecture for connected vehicle data solutions. With a strong background in backend development and system architecture, Glotser has also held technical positions at StuccoMedia, Citi, Investment Technology Group, Microsoft, and Infolink, consistently demonstrating expertise in scalable, resilient system design and implementation across various industries. Marat Glotser holds a B.Tech. in Computer Science and Management from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering and an earlier qualification in Practical Software Engineering from Singalovsky College.
