Jeff Ho

Jeff Ho has over 13 years of work experience. Jeff began their career in 2007 as an Associate Consultant at HP. Jeff then moved to IBM in 2010, where they held the roles of Senior Consultant and Lead Business Analyst. In 2013, they joined Amazon as a Business Manager (RLDP). In 2014, they joined Accenture as a Strategy Consultant. In 2016, they worked at Minted as the Director of Customer Operations, as well as at Blue Bottle Coffee as a Retail Operations Consultant. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Snapdocs as the Senior Director of Business Operations and the Director of Business Operations. Jeff is currently employed at Papaya as the Head of Operations.

Jeff Ho has an educational background that includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, a UCLA Riordan Fellows Program from UCLA Anderson School of Management, and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan. Jeff also holds a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certification from CrossFit, obtained in August 2018.
