M. Arditama Febrianza is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, internal culture management, and people experience. Currently serving as the Learning & Culture Lead at Paper.id and holding the position of Senior People Partner & Learning Development at Ikatan Abang None Jakarta Timur, M. Arditama has contributed to various organizations including Zenius, where strategic HR advice was provided, and Blibli.com, where talent development initiatives were implemented. M. Arditama has also taken on leadership roles in the Grand Prix Marching Band and Bandung Marching Band Championship, showcasing expertise in event coordination as a Master of Ceremony.
