Jesse Hermann

Jesse Hermann is the current Trustee at Paper Mill Playhouse. Jesse has also served as the Interim CEO at AFS Technologies, Inc. from February 2015 to April 2015. At AFS Technologies, Inc., Jesse was responsible for software, SaaS and on premise for the consumer packaged goods industry. Jesse was also responsible for restructuring operations and reorganizing the business into cohesive business units before hiring and transitioning to a permanent CEO.

From January 2008 to June 2011, Jesse served as the Senior Director at Zolfo Cooper. As Senior Director, they were responsible for financial and operational restructuring firm with a focus on business turnarounds and operational improvements. During their time at Zolfo Cooper, they worked on a number of high-profile projects, including acting as Interim CEO of an Australian energy company, turnaround of $1.5 billion revenues Americas subsidiary operations of a Japanese electronics company, operational turnaround of a 75 store chain of restaurants, private equity group portfolio reviews, and balance sheet restructuring of a $1 billion travel products company.

Jesse Hermann has an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a degree from Amherst College.
