Keith O. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and product management. Currently serving as the Head of Cloud Software at PaperCut Software since October 2022, Keith has held various leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Blackpurl, where innovative dealer management solutions were developed for the recreational vehicle industry. As a Distinguished Faculty member and Lead Instructor in Product Management at General Assembly, Keith taught comprehensive courses and workshops on product management. Previous roles include Head of Products & Services at Samsung Electronics, where market share significantly increased, and CEO of Spring.me, a successful internet start-up.
