Vincent Pascal

Vincent PASCAL has been the Manager QSE for the Sud Est region at PAPREC GROUP since January 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing QSE policies and maintaining environmental certifications for the group’s sites in the Sud/Occitanie area. Prior to this role, Vincent PASCAL served as the Directeur Environnement/ Sécurité at DELTA RECYCLAGE, a subsidiary of PAPREC, from September 2000 to December 2017, focusing on environmental and safety issues and acting as a key contact for DREAL and external labor services while producing essential technical and environmental documents. Vincent PASCAL is currently pursuing advanced degrees in Environmental Law and Territory Planning, as well as Pollution and Nuisances, from Université Robert Schuman (Strasbourg III) and the University of Strasbourg.
