Jack Pollard

Jack Pollard has over 36 years of experience in the electrical utility industry, currently serving as a Project Safety & Training Specialist at PAR Electrical Contractors since August 2011. In this role, Jack functions as the Onsite Safety Manager for significant projects, including a 115 KV line rebuild and a 345 KV energized structure replacement utilizing barehand live line procedures for NSTAR. Prior to this, from February 1988 to August 2000, Jack worked as a Line Foreman at Missouri Public Service, where responsibilities included supervising a crew for the construction and maintenance of overhead and underground distribution lines and serving as an instructor in the apprenticeship program. Jack began their career at Grundy Electric Coop, where from September 1977 to February 1988, duties as Area Supervisor and Lineman involved running a service truck, performing light construction, installing services and metering, and engaging in public relations with customers in a remote area.
