Jinx Allison

Jinx Allison is currently participating in Target's Leadership Development Program as a Store Executive Intern, focusing on store operations and guest experiences. As the Captain of the University of Rochester Women's Rowing Team, Jinx leads a diverse group, emphasizing multitasking and strategic planning. In the role of Vice President of New Member Education and Member Experience for Alpha Phi International Fraternity, Jinx enhances member engagement and oversees program development. Additional experience includes positions at Talula's Garden and TAQUERÍA XOLO TACOS as a hostess server, along with an ambassador role at Parade, where customer interaction and sales generation are key responsibilities. Jinx has garnered managerial experience as an Assistant Manager at MakerUSA and has held various customer service roles, reinforcing strong communication and organizational skills. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at the University of Rochester, Jinx's background reflects a commitment to leadership and excellence in diverse environments.
