Phil Vaughan

Phil Vaughan, CFI, is an experienced professional in loss prevention and asset protection, currently serving as the Manager of Asset Protection & Safety at Paradies Lagardère since November 2022. Previously, Phil held positions such as Regional Manager - Loss Prevention at GOBRANDS Inc. from 2020 to 2022 and Global Security Manager at Wolverine Worldwide, where responsibilities included managing loss prevention and risk insurance for a significant number of retail locations. Phil also has extensive experience at Collective Brands Inc. as Sr. Regional Loss Prevention Manager and in various roles at Hollywood Video, Pep Boys, and Revco Drug Stores. Phil's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business and Criminal Justice from The University of Toledo and advanced certifications in interview and interrogation techniques from Wicklander/Zulawski Graduate.
