Chhaya Shadra

Chhaya Shadra is currently serving as the VP of Data Strategy and Partnerships at Paradigm since April 2022. Chhaya also holds the position of Advisor in Data & Product Strategy at Osmind and Synapticure Inc. Chhaya previously worked as the VP of Product Data & Informatics at Verana Health and as a Director of Medical Informatics at Syapse. Chhaya has a background in health informatics, with a Master's degree from Northeastern University and Pune University. Chhaya has experience in various roles such as Senior Medical Informaticist at Flatiron Health, Clinical Data Analyst at Humedica, and Consultant at Recombinant By Deloitte. Chhaya also volunteered at CDC-mPINC Survey/Northeastern University and VA-Boston Health care.
