Nathan Hardesty-Dyck

Nathan Hardesty-Dyck is a seasoned professional in product management with extensive experience in the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as Director of Product Management at Paradigm since March 2023, Nathan has previously held the position of Head of Product at Source Health from November 2021 to March 2023. Prior to that, Nathan spent over five years at Flatiron Health, advancing from Senior Technical Project Manager to Director of Product Management. Nathan's career also includes project management roles at Healthix and Epic, as well as internships in research and environmental science. Nathan earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Sciences with a focus on Chemical Engineering from Yale University and completed a study abroad program at the University of Buenos Aires, focusing on Spanish Language and Argentine History.
