Elodie Hromockyj is an experienced marketing professional specializing in social strategy and influencer marketing. Currently serving as Director of Strategy at Paradowski Creative since November 2022, Elodie leads a team responsible for developing comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels, with a strong focus on data analytics and community engagement. Previous roles include Senior Strategist for social media and influencer marketing at Wachsman and Social Media Strategist at Paradowski Creative, where Elodie managed junior strategists and created impactful strategies for clients. Elodie's career began as a Social Media Manager at HLK, where skills in content creation and community management were honed. Elodie holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Marketing and English Language and Literature from Truman State University, alongside a minor in French.
