Adrián Sánchez de la Sierra has a diverse range of work experience, spanning across various industries and roles. Adrián is currently the Director of AI & Strategic Innovation at Paradox, where they lead the Strategic Committee and Innovation Lab, focusing on incorporating AI to revolutionize operational efficiencies and product features. Prior to this, they worked as a Reforge Member at Reforge. At getAbstract, they served as the Head of Research & Innovation (AI), collaborating with universities on research projects, directing AI integration in products, and working closely with data teams. Adrián also held the role of Innovation Product Manager at getAbstract's Innovation Lab, where they identified emerging market opportunities, led ideation and prototyping stages, and transformed innovative concepts into testable prototypes. Earlier in their career, they served as an Innovation Manager and Product Manager at Domestika, where they introduced AI-driven tools and methodologies, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and conducted user research. Additionally, they worked as a Product Manager (EdTech) at YOGABODY and as the Head of Production at Erika Lust Films. Adrián also co-founded Estudio Interactivo de Actores and worked as a Post Production Coordinator at Grupo Secuoya, Creative Content Producer at Beebe, and Editor & Post Production Coordinator at Lola Films.
