Matt Shakespeare, M.A.Ed, PMP, SSM

Matt Shakespeare, M.A.Ed, PMP, SSM, has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Matt started their career at the University of Phoenix in 2004, where they held two roles – Regional Training Manager and Enrollment Advisor. In 2011, Matt joined the U.S. Department of Energy as a Technical Training and Documentation Specialist. Later that year, they moved to ARINC, where they worked as a Training Project Manager until 2013. From 2013 to 2016, Matt worked at MAXIMUS as a Customer Success Project Manager, specifically focusing on Learning and Development. Currently, they are employed at Paradyme Management Inc. as a Program Manager.

Matt Shakespeare, M.A.Ed, PMP, SSM, obtained a Master's Degree in Adult Education and Training from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the same institution, where they studied from 2008 to 2011.

Additionally, Matt has obtained certifications in various fields. In March 2019, they became a Certified SAFe® 4 Scrum Master through Scaled Agile, Inc. Furthermore, in April 2017, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
